It looks like Microsoft is designing Windows 8 to bridge the gap between desktop operating systems and mobile operating systems. The new Windows 8 OS will run on systems that have lower hardware specifications. Windows 8 will be optimized for touch-screen navigation, so I can't wait to load it on my HP Slate 500 to see how it performs.
